When rare cuts of wood are available my job as a designer is to let it’s natural beauty shine.
This unique piece of burl walnut was salvaged by a contractor I was building a kitchen for, he asked if I could make it into a coffee table to show with the home. Immediately drawn to the unique features of this wood I added structure and design with Australian Jara dove tales and end cap; to complete the look I used live edge finishing.
The result is wood craftsmanship where nature is the star.
